VibeMarketing provides a web-based platform designed to assist users in marketing. The core functionalities of our Service include:
• Email Login
Users can securely log in to their VibeMarketing account using their email address, providing a personalized and secure access point to the platform.
• Google Search Console Integration
The Service allows users to connect their Google Search Console accounts. This integration enables VibeMarketing to retrieve and display key website metrics and performance data directly from Google Search Console, offering insights into search traffic, indexing status, and more.
• Google Analytics for User Behavior Tracking
VibeMarketing utilizes Google Analytics to monitor and analyze user behavior on our own platform. This data is collected to understand how users interact with VibeMarketing, identify areas for improvement, and enhance the overall user experience and product functionality. This tracking is solely for the improvement of the VibeMarketing service itself and not for external purposes.
• Website Analysis with Lighthouse and GSC Data
Users can submit a website link for comprehensive analysis. VibeMarketing leverages Google Lighthouse to perform an audit of the submitted website, assessing its performance, accessibility, best practices, SEO, and progressive web app capabilities. Furthermore, relevant data from the user's connected Google Search Console account is integrated into this analysis to provide a holistic view of the website's health and performance.
The Service aims to provide actionable insights and tools to help users improve their online presence and website effectiveness.
4. User Accounts and Login
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account and log in using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify VibeMarketing immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. VibeMarketing cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You agree that the information you provide to VibeMarketing upon registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or incomplete.
5. User Obligations
As a user of VibeMarketing, you agree to:
Use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and using the Service.
Maintain the security of your account and password.
Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service.
Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service, whether through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
Ensure that any data or content you provide or link to through the Service (e.g., website URLs for Lighthouse analysis) does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
Comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party services integrated with VibeMarketing, such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics, when using those features through our platform.
Any breach of these User Obligations may result in the immediate termination of your account and access to the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of VibeMarketing or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the Service's functionality.
Your use of the Service does not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to the Service or any content within the Service, other than the right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of any data or content you provide or submit to the Service, but you grant VibeMarketing a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the Service and VibeMarketing's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
7. Data Collection and Privacy
VibeMarketing collects and uses certain information about you and your use of the Service. Our data collection practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Specifically, in the context of VibeMarketing's functionalities:
• Email Login
We collect your email address for account creation, login, and communication purposes. This is essential for providing you access to the Service and managing your account.
• Google Search Console Integration
When you connect your Google Search Console account, you authorize VibeMarketing to access and retrieve data from your Google Search Console properties. This data is used solely to provide you with website performance analytics and insights within the VibeMarketing platform. We do not store your Google credentials.
• Google Analytics for VibeMarketing's Own Website
We use Google Analytics to collect data about how users interact with the VibeMarketing website and service itself. This includes information such as pages visited, time spent on pages, and user flow. This data is aggregated and anonymized where possible and is used exclusively for internal purposes to improve the functionality, user experience, and overall performance of the VibeMarketing platform. We do not use this data to identify individual users or for any external marketing or advertising purposes.
• Lighthouse and Website Analysis Data
When you submit a website URL for analysis, VibeMarketing processes this URL and performs a Lighthouse audit. Data generated from this audit, along with relevant data pulled from your connected Google Search Console (if applicable), is used to generate reports and insights for your website. This data is associated with your account to provide you with historical analysis and tracking.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. Vibemarketing does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the service or the servers that make the service available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Vibemarketing does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials on this service in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction. Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranty that the Service will improve search rankings, domain authority, traffic, or revenue; or search‑engine algorithms or policies will remain unchanged
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Vibemarketing, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service. This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Vibemarketing has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, Vibemarketing's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You acknowledge that Vibemarketing relies on third-party services (such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics) for certain functionalities and data. Vibemarketing is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services or the data they provide. Any issues arising from the use of such third-party services are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) then in force. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon both parties, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, VibeMarketing may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
12. Payments and Billing (Stripe Subscriptions)
Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. All payments for subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are available on their website. You authorize VibeMarketing and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees and taxes in connection with your subscription.
Subscription Terms: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your VibeMarketing account settings or by contacting our support team.
Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually), depending on your chosen subscription plan.
Price Changes: VibeMarketing reserves the right to change its subscription fees upon 30 days' prior notice. Such notice will be provided through the Service or via email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the new amount.
Refunds: Unless otherwise provided by law or by the terms of a specific offer, all subscription fees are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of VibeMarketing.
