1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how VibeMarketing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, processes, and discloses your information in connection with your access to and use of the VibeMarketing website, services, and applications (collectively, the “Service”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our Service.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Service.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you, such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
b. Information We Collect Automatically When You Use Our Service
• Usage Data
We collect information about your interactions with the Service, such as the pages or content you view, the features you use, and the actions you take. This includes timestamps, clickstream data, and other usage statistics.
• Device Information
We collect information about the device you use to access the Service, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

Our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service. This log data may include your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, and how you interacted with the Service.
c. Information from Third-Party Integrations
• Google Search Console Data
If you choose to connect your Google Search Console account to VibeMarketing, we will access and process data from your Google Search Console properties. This data includes website performance metrics, search queries, indexing status, and other information related to your website's presence in Google Search results. This data is used to provide you with analytical insights within the VibeMarketing platform.
• Google Analytics Data (for VibeMarketing's own website)
We use Google Analytics to collect data about user behavior on the VibeMarketing website itself. This includes information such as pages visited, time spent on pages, and user flow within our platform. This data is primarily aggregated and anonymized and is used exclusively for internal purposes to improve the functionality, user experience, and overall performance of the VibeMarketing platform. We do not use this data to identify individual users or for external marketing or advertising purposes.
• Lighthouse and Website Analysis Data
When you submit a website URL for analysis, we perform a Lighthouse audit on that URL. The results of this audit, which include performance, accessibility, best practices, SEO, and progressive web app scores and recommendations, are collected. If applicable, relevant data from your connected Google Search Console account is integrated with this Lighthouse data to provide comprehensive website analysis reports.
We do not collect sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health data, or data concerning a person's sex life or sexual orientation.

In the event of a data breach, we will take prompt action to mitigate the breach and will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
